Job Description

Meridian Holdings, a leading Dubai-based consultancy serving regional clients across finance, real estate, and government sectors, is hiring a Senior IT Consultant to lead client-facing technology projects across the UAE and wider GCC.

This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who can translate business challenges into practical technology solutions — and deliver them. You’ll work directly with C-suite stakeholders, lead small project teams, and own the technical direction of digital transformation engagements end-to-end.

  • Lead end-to-end IT consulting engagements for enterprise clients across the UAE and GCC
  • Design technology roadmaps covering cloud migration, cybersecurity, and digital transformation
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communication from kick-off to delivery
  • Conduct technical assessments and present findings to client leadership teams
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives
  • Collaborate with sales teams on scoping new opportunities and proposal writing
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies relevant to the UAE enterprise market

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT consulting, technology advisory, or enterprise architecture
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
  • Hands-on experience with cybersecurity frameworks and digital transformation projects
  • Proven track record of leading client-facing engagements end-to-end
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage
  • UAE or GCC consulting experience preferred
